Experience That Moves Bloom Legal Forward
Maggie joins us with extensive experience in operations, law, technology, finance, human resources, project management, and culturally diverse business practices. She graduated at the top of her class with a Master's degree in Strategic Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-law. Additionally, she has studied Negotiations at the Yale School of Management, holds a Six Sigma certification, and is a licensed financial planner, helping families achieve their long-term goals.
A Lifelong Advocate for Protection and Justice
At the age of 18, Maggie founded her first organization and has since established multiple charities focused on child advocacy, mentorship, and domestic violence prevention. Her dedication to child protection led her to work on the show "To Catch a Predator," where she compiled legal evidence for prosecutors. Her commitment to humanitarian efforts and regulatory practices prompted the California State Bar of San Francisco to invite her to lead the development of their internal publication for the Legal Specialization Department. Her previous experience includes office management at a family law firm, technical management at an intellectual property firm, and serving as COO at a semiconductor and aerospace engineering company. She is also a member and a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community.
Maggie understands the critical balance that intuition, boundaries, and communication play in the legal field as she actively combines her legal background with her experience leading meditation and intuition classes.
Strategic Expertise with a Compassionate Approach
Maggie's extensive charity involvement and diverse professional skills contribute to her well-rounded approach to operational development. As the head of operations at Bloom Legal, she excels in strategic planning with an emphasis on compassion, process improvement, compliance, innovation, and community outreach initiatives.
