About Me

I'm the Managing Director at Bloom Family Law, where I oversee the firm's financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting so our team can focus on supporting clients with care. I love building financial systems and processes that are clear, accurate, and grounded in practicality, because when the numbers are solid, it gives the whole firm room to grow with confidence.

Professional Background

I've spent my career working in various corporate settings in operations, including several years at Levi Strauss & Co., where I grew from supporting store operations to leading teams and managing complex projects, including larger scale operations. Those experiences taught me how to bring structure to complex financial environments and translate numbers into decisions people can act on to support an organization's responisble growth. I've also worked in project management roles, which sharpened my skills in forecasting, financial analysis, and keeping initiatives on track and on budget. Along the way, I earned my Master's in Business Administration, which gave me a stronger foundation for thinking strategically about financial planning and organizational growth.

Outside of Work

Volunteering in mentorship and community programs has shaped the way I show up every day, with empathy, steadiness, and a focus on helping people feel supported. I'm also currently pursuing an M.A. in Counseling Clinical Mental Health, which deepens my understanding of human behavior and communication and helps me bring that perspective to how I lead our financial operations and support our team. Outside of work, I'm passionate about personal growth, thoughtful leadership, and creating spaces where people feel grounded, capable, and cared for.
