  • What We’ll Explore
We’ll be exploring the emotional issues that arise for women before, during, and after divorce, and the healing work necessary to rewrite the story of divorce in a way that aligns with our own true values rather than those imposed on us by others.
  • About Retreat
The retreat is an intimate gathering in a peaceful, private setting designed to help women process the emotions of the divorce transition, explore their values, and develop insights that will foster personal healing and growth.

Retreat Summary

“Divorce has historically been treated as a travesty for society and a tragedy for individuals. I want to rewrite the story so that the response to a woman’s divorce isn’t, ‘How sad for you,’ but ‘How brave of you.’ I want to make sure women understand that this is not the end; it’s the beginning of their next chapter.”
