Prenuptial and Post-Marital Agreements

Congratulations! Getting married is an exciting time. No one wants to think about the possibility of divorce, but there are personal situations that may lead you to consider a prenuptial agreement. Even after you’re married, personal or financial circumstances may arise that cause you to consider a post-marital agreement (which is similar to a prenuptial agreement, but entered into during the marriage). If you are uncertain or have questions, we can meet with you to discuss how California law may impact you in the event of divorce and how you can protect your family.

I hired Katie to draft our prenuptial agreement. I could not be happier with the result! This was absolutely the best decision we could have made for our prenup. Katie is an amazing attorney and a delight to work with. She really listened to my questions and concerns. Katie thoroughly explained the relevant law and my various options. I strongly recommend and her firm for any of your family law needs!
